This Week on eBay

Whew……it’s been a crazy week.  Not too bad in the sales department.  I’m seeing my numbers go back up.  They’re not quite up to my goal yet, but higher than they were a week ago.  I’m happy with any increase, and if I look at last years sales, it’s almost double what it was this time last year.

In the way of customer service, I had a customer who purchased a cashmere sweater from me and the emailed to say it was 2″ shorter than the description, so would I please take it back since I described it wrong.  I try to avoid customer arguments, so of course I agreed to let them return it.  When I got it back in the mail, I opened it and measured it again.  Sure enough, it measured exactly as I described it at 22″ long.  I went ahead and processed the return and relisted the item.  Situations like this leave you scratching your head at times……….

I haven’t done very much treasure hunting lately, we’re trying to enjoy the end of summer and I’ve been cleaning out closets, which gives me lots more to list without having to leave the house.
